Client FAQ

• What are your terms & conditions?
I usually work with my Standard Contract Agreement (you can request for a copy to be sent to you) which will be provided with every quote I send out. Longer, more complex projects may require a Custom Contract Agreement that is much more detailed.

• Do you work out-of-hours or provide expedited delivery?
I like to (quite understandably) keep work to around 8:30am to 18:00pm, Monday to Friday. Though I do realise that sometimes projects need urgent production, or for me to be available outside of these times. I may charge a Rush Fee Rate for these works.

• How do I log in?
A link for the login can be found in the footer.

• How do I register?
If you need a registration, I will probably have already set one up for you. If not, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to create an account.

• What is registration for?
Registration gives you access to project files, such as print-ready files and other finished work. This means that you don’t have to worry about losing your files and that you have instant access to them i.e. no waiting for me to send them over to you should you lose a file.

• Are my invoices or similar documents here?
No. Although the site is secure, I’ve taken the decision not to include any sensitive information.

General FAQ

• How can I use your downloads?
I provide these downloads free of charge. Feel free to use as you like, though please note the exceptions below. I retain all the rights to the works, and you may not profit directly from them i.e sell them on or use them as part of a commercial project.

If you want to use anything from this site commercially, then please contact me. Also, the free downloads may not be made available on another site. That is, uploading them to your own website to make available to others, either for profit or not.

This refers to only downloadable resources listed under Download on the design marketing tips and resources page. Any other items, including portfolio works, may not be used.

• Why have I received a 404 ‘Page not found’ error?

404 errors have been reported when trying to access ‘client only’ areas. Please ensure that you’re logged in before trying to access the page again if you receive a 404 message.

I try my best to ensure that this site does not contain broken links. If you find one, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
